Looking for someone to create a logo. I already have an example to model after with specific instructions on what I want, uploaded. Offering $40 for the finished design with the opportunity for additional work together down the line.

I'm looking for a logo that resembles the image I've uploaded here. You don't have to worry about the name as much as the image itself. I want something that represents multiple people (around 7 - 10) coming together to collaborate. It should be strong and masculine as this is for a men's group. But professional as it's made up of businessmen. I like the idea of bars or slates connecting and overlapping, and even flowing together. But the image I've uploaded looks like it's representing only 2 parties or energies.

Also representing people from different and diverse backgrounds if that helps. Colors like the ones here are good, blue and dark orange. But I'm also open to other color options. Just not feminine colors.

I'd like perhaps like an octagon type shape or something that is multi sided, but not too complex. It represents strength, collaboration and synergy.
