I am in the real estate sector, renting, managing and also selling properties in Spain. The name of the company is Cartwright Properties Marbella. I would like the logo to incorporate the letters CPM and would like it to be blue (not too light but not really dark either) and metallic grey/silver. I am attaching an image to show the metallic effect I like (the blue in the image is too dark). I like clean designs and curved edges but am open to ideas. The logo should be in front of Cartwright Properties Marbella and be larger than the words. Any questions, just ask.

Thank you for the entries received so far. As outlined in the brief the logo needs to be in front of the words, not on top. I really like the metallic effect of the large P in the attachment (together with a shade of blue somewhere) and if the logo could somehow be made from the letters CPM that would be great.
