As a precurser to a business plan I am looking for a logo for "Treasure State Capital" a proposed venture capital firm. The logo should be a two color design with a grey scale version as well. It should be suitable for a sign, business card, letterhead , report cover etc. Spec logo will be used in initial reports and powerpoints. Winning design may earn future modification work after stakeholder input and approval of design. Logo should be clean and professional for a financial firm that will raise funding primarily for business ventures in Montana (The Treasure State) primarily from investors in or with ties to Montana. Montana flag may be used for inspiration, ideal colrs are blue and gold (like the flag) and a logo design may incorporate mountains. Monatana is called the treasure state because of it's rich mining history. Firm and logo will not be otherwise mining related. The appeal and symbolism of the name is the shared sense of prospecting and finding significant return as a result.

Please include a grayscale and color version with each proposal as logo will be used in color and black and white print settings. Logo should be Simple and clean like a financial firm i.e. edward Jones, Northwestern Mutual. Mountain(s) if used should be a sceondary focus after the primary focus of the name. Name should not be divided to a second line, in the future a second line would be reserved for sub brands.
