I have made an app for volunteer board members.
The name of the app is BoardR and I would like a logo containing the first letter that can be used as an icon for the app, also I would like to use the logo as a headline containing the entire name.

The logo and the headline should look clean and simple.

I have added my logo so far and I think it looks great but it's impossible for me to make a title from it and I'm not sure about the color...

About the color..: The headline most properly will be used on a website with a full size image as background. I have added an example but not necessarily the final one.

I hope to be able to reuse the font on the web app so ideally it should be available on google fonts.

I would like the files delivered in a PSD format. NOT AI (illustrator) because I don't have a license for Illustrator.
