We're a newly-formed medical insurance group. We use a group captive insurance structure, which allows small and medium size companies to control their health care costs and premium increases. This structure takes out the middle man that drives up prices for smaller companies, making it a great option for many businesses.

We are planning to build a website soon, but before we start that process, we need to do some branding. We would like to have a logo developed that we can use for the website and subsequent marketing materials. We would want the design files, png or jpg, and PDF files formats. We would also want the color pallet specifications for the logo.
