We are a subscription based family practice. We do not take or bill any health insurance. You pay between 65- 85 dollars a month to get all these perks below. You can have health insurance but we would not bill your insurance for services provided by our office. We are a cash-based practice. Our current flyer has too much info on it, it's hard to understand what it is that we do. I think we need to simplify it. Needs to be straight to the point. No need to have the Drs Picture on there. We would like to keep it on the single flyer double sided. Please use the logo and the colors the same. New format, new font. We do like the picture on the back, explaining how it is now vs the old days, which is what we are trying to accomplish. If you could find funny clip art that would cool! Please let us know if you have any questions, we are more then happy to help.

Sir, I have designed too attractive flyer now but I am not able to take the entry at this time. In this flyer, I have removed the line from the back which is (Direct Quality Health Care Pure and Simple!). and leading value has been small of some text than before on the front side. and all text has been aligned nicely . for that is it's looking better than my before cards. You can compare my those info with #84 number card. if you knock me I can show you this card in your inbox.

Just for Clarification for all these are supposed to be a 3" by 8" brochure back and front. I apologize for calling it a flyer. I would love to see what everyone who did a flyer style would look like as a brochure back and front. We have some clip art we would love to include and our pricing structure. The clip art and the pricing are attached on the original post. Thank you very much. We are very close to choosing a winner.
