ONLY HOMEPAGE NEEDS TO BE REDESIGNED

I need the following :
- change design of website (but still it has to be MAINLY a contact lead form )
- change color code to french flag (blue - white - red )
- Exact new version but make it as much different as possible than https://www.aide-pac-national.fr
- change main image (it has to be a house or renewable energies)
- text should not change but will have to be located somewhere else
- WE SHOULD NOT think that it is same website, both should be different as much as possible (for a/b testing purposes)

Provide either psd OR live version through your own hosting for viewing purposes
