Hey guys, I need this photo restored as much as possible. Try to bring the girl to life, while keeping the photo looking natural. ONLY THE GIRL needs editing, don't waste your time with the background. Cropping her out to a white background should be good enough.

I tried photoshopping it, but my skills aren't up to the task.
Ill attach both the original jpeg. as well as some of my work so it will give you a head start.

So this is your gratitude for our wasted time - you are rejecting all entries. I think you do not respect the work of the rest people. Do you think it is nice to spend few hours with your work and then get as a gratitude rejecting of the work?
