Introduction: The Company requires a movie as an introduction of a web application for following-up of Progress regarding of real estate development mega projects. The bidder is required to create this introduction movie for the emerging firm launch. The PIS Construction Services application services: The application is providing unique online services for the user to control his/her real estate investment. In order to let the bidder learn about PIS CONSTRUCTION SERVICES, the Company provides a demo project in this URL http://pisonline2019.com/Z21/. The demo project encompass more than 40 buildings and utilities in a virtual mega real estate development. The development breakdown contains five packages each one has a different contractor assigned. The smart technique of control is that user can browse on the real time each building progress, each Contractor progress summary as well as the whole status summary for the five packages together in real time. The update could be from data entry on either monthly basis or weekly as well. Each progress range has a special color code of the building, while the linked master plan with progress Photos narrate the specific building story during life cycle of the project. The Business Target of PIS CONSTRUCTION SERVICES: Our Prospective Clients to get full control of the progress of the on-going investments: 1- Real Estate Investment Enterprise Global wise. 2- Mega Contractors (Multinational). 3- PMCM Firms Global 4- Governmental Authorities for Public Works, Defense and Security buildings. The access to PIS Construction Services application via web shall be secured and encrypted while each user has its own database with its specific user and password. Project managers can follow and oversee Progress in projects on monthly basis (or weekly). User can easily browse work progress for each month separately, as well as browsing the site pictures, which uploaded periodically in a well-organized manner. The user of PIS Construction Services has an option to follow the work progress for each Contractor in the project separately. PIS Construction Services gives also the option to follow a specific trade for Contractor. For example, the excavation works, concrete works, plaster works, or any other specific trade required to be in-focus.
