Create an MS word document with 300 Keto diet recipes (INDIAN KETO DIET RECIPES - Veg and Non Veg) ingredients required and the whole process of cooking from the start to end.
Note: PLEASE CREATE SEPERATE SECTIONS FOR BREAKFAST, LUNCH AND DINNER.

Recipes SHOULD NOT be merely copy pasted things from Google and/or from the books/blogs where the author holds all the copy rights and is not allowed to use else where for commercial use. I would need a report from any famous plagiarism checker to make sure the content is unique.
Also I would need your signed declaration that the content is not copyrighted work of someone else and you don't have legal rights to publish that.

  To be honest, I think the low end would be 8000 INR and the upper end 14,000 INR.
  
  Again, I'm not entering the contest or trying to sweeten it for a friend, but that seems like a fair rate for the amount of work to me.
  
  Even if you can't ultimately make every upgrade, thank you for being interested in upgrading the contest. Not all clients are even willing to consider it. Some do, but not enough.

  I concur with the requests to #increaseprize. Since the ask is for 300 new recipes with ingredients and method, it will result in a document of about 500 pages at the minimum. If you're unsure about how much to offer, I suggest you make this a Project and not a Contest.
