We have 4 testers who are Testing an App. Each of the Testers identify various errors in the App from time to time. I want all Testers to be able to see what errors other Testers have discovered.

PLEASE SEE ATTACHED EXCEL.

Tester-1: Should be only able to edit his/her work and can view other work but cannot edit others' work
Tester-2: Should be only able to edit his/her work and can view other work but cannot edit others' work
Tester-3: Should be only able to edit his/her work and can view other work but cannot edit others' work
Tester-4 (Leader): Should be only able to edit his/her work and can view other work but cannot edit others' work
Developer: Should be able to view all others' work
When someone records an error, his/her name and date should be recorded. Other tester should be able to pass comment on that with name and date being recorded.

So far we have been working on separate Spreadsheets which have now been combined into 1 Excel.
But its time to synchronize the work and speed up the process.

Which workflow management tool would you recommend?
Clickup, Jira, Monday.com, Asana, Google Sheet, or something else.
