I'm looking for an expert designer to create a promotional flyer for our special offers and discounts.

Key project aspects include:
- The flyer needs to capture the excitement and allure of celebration, hence the design should be able to reflect this.
- Primary focus should be placed on the special offers and discounts being promoted.
- Though this is a promotional flyer, it shouldn't look corporate or formal.

1.Title and Theme of the flyer:
Introducing Loyalty Month! Take advantage of exclusive savings throughout May as a token of our appreciation for your continued support. We are celebrating customer appreciation with our Loyalty Month Sale. Everything is up to 20% off. Some exclusions may apply.
2. size of flyer is 18 x 24 in
3. do not change the color branding of the attached company logo
4. acceptable items on the flyer: jewerly, portable speakers, gadgets, luxury handbags, gaming consoles

6. I need 4 copies done for each of their store: at the bottom pls put a placeholder for their QR code and pawn broker license
7. Pls save on editable format and PNG format
