We are needing a CMYK design for our company brochure.

The brochure will be printed on a3 size paper, and folded into 3 parts like the standard brochure style.

Propertybook is the main company, but there are multiple websites and brands that are a part of it, which need to be shown on the front page as logos.

I have attached an example of the layout and content that we would like the pages to show/display. Please don't change the order of the pages and layout.
I have attached the cmyk logos with correct colours, as well as the documents you need to include in the brochure. The actual text content can be filled in and completed at a later stage, once we know what to put in there. The price sheets are very important to include, please make sure those are visible in the correct sections.

The partner sites section is very important, so we have allocated 2 pages for this.

The whole brochure needs more depth and shadows and just look better, the example is just a draftto show the correct layout.

Please don't use images on other pages, the photos are only to showcase the propertybook media service. (photography product)

We would like the page order to remain the same, please don't shift pages around.
The tiger must be visible on multiple pages, see the example.
