Hello everybody,
looks like my first description was not clear enough. So a new attempt:

What do I already have?
I already have several calendars in finished Amatuer design. So the layout is already there.

What am I looking for?
I'm looking for a designer that makes parts of my calendars look more professional. Currently I am working on birthday calendars.

What is the current task?
My calendars are black and have tables at the bottom of the page to enter names here. These tables do not look good (in my opinion). I attached one of the tables in the calendar (calendarTable.jpg). The task is to make this table look more beautiful. For example, by changing the border or color or complete table or so.

What am I NOT looking for?
I don't need a draft for an entire calendar page. No nice background or something similar. Only a professional and beautiful design for the tables.

Get to the point:
I am looking for a new / different idea for the design of my tables. :)

I would like a professional version of the table that is attached. So a table on a black background. After the calendar has been printed, it must be possible to write a name in this table with a black or blue pen.
