Need a Native Chinese person who's english is perfect, in order to perfectly translation couple terms and conditions for an Hotel. Most of them are already translated but we need to add new ones and update old ones.

Currently:
In case of cancellation within 48 hours of your stay or a no-show, the total amount of the stay will be
charged on the credit card given upon booking and the invoice will be sent by mail. Cancellation
received within the 10 day period is subject to a cancellation fee.
如阁下在入住前少于48 小时内取消订房，或在未通知酒店的情况下未按预订入住，酒店将从阁下预订时提供的信用卡
收取全额费用，并通过邮件寄送发票。如在入住前的48 小时至10 天内取消订房，则只收取一项取消费用。
- New text to translate:
In case of cancellation within 14 days of your stay or a no-show, the total amount of the stay will be charged on the credit card given upon booking and the invoice will be sent by mail.

We also need to create a text in english/chinese about how to use toilets, since we have clients who did step on the toilet seats!!
And an other text in english/chinese saying that clients are allowed to sleep in the room sofa or and on the floor. Also that drivers are not allowed to spend the night in the parking!
