Hebrew to English form conversion.
Hello, I found out that the language printed on the form is Hebrew and I have successfully converted that language into English. I have written the form again in english format in the file format of. 1) PDF.(.pdf) 2) Word file.(.docx) 3) Jpeg file. ( .jpg) 4) Photoshop file (.psd file) kindly revert back if you want those files from me i have already saved them in my computer, as the brief have the restriction of submitting just the jpeg and png format i am not able to attach the rest file formats. Currently i have attached jpeg and png format Kindly go through my submitted work hope u like it. for a simple example google will not give translation fill in english in block letters it gave print letters

This freelancer just took my translation, which i've done by myself and applied yesterday, played in photoshop and won? Is it normal for this contests to steal somebody's job?
