Turn my psd files into 3 animated gifs to be used for Facebook advertising.

I want the images in the psd files to move and change colour so they are more eye catching.

Facebook guidelines for animations...For the best results:
 Use high quality images or animations
 Use stick subtle motion
 Avoid GIFs that flash or are grainy, as our post may not be approved
 Use a link ending with .gif.
 Use a GIF with a file size less than 8MB
 Use a GIF with less than 20% text on the image. Please consider this when making the words pop. You can check that images only contain 20% text by using tool: http://www.social-contests.com/check-image/

Quick! We won’t grab people’s attention for long.
2-3 seconds for the animation part is more than enough.
Then 2 seconds of stillness before it loops again.

Keep the same font as in the PSD file Montserrat. Attached below.

Size:
Original image size 1,200 x 675 pixels

Brief:

1. Version One. Open Green banner.psd file and make the words "Flash. Dash. Zoom" increase in size one at a time and pop out on screen.

2. Second version. Open the same green file, this time the words should remain as they are but background colour flashes from green/pink, green/pink, green/pink. Specific colour hex codes to use are attached below.

3. Version 3. Open neon Banner.psd file and make the all three neon words flash pink/green, pink/green, pink/green. Use specific colours attached below.
