The less text the better. Also, the get a quote button in this situation does not make as much sense when the contact form is already there on the page? I'm thinking in this design like my current site which it seems you are modeling the contact form would be on every page you go. I also like headers that float down the page like freelancers, give it a try and scroll down freelancer right now. This is useful so the phone number and get a quote is always visible.

For tablet design this is actually...not that bad, although I don't know what people are planning to search on our website for, so I think the search bar is unnecessary. Also the social media links can be in the footer only, and the phone number from a programming perspective can't have that affect when I put it on the website it needs to be text so that people can click on it and start the call ... now there is a way around that, but I want it to be text for SEO purposes as well, so maybe the number with just the phone icon next to it is enough?
