Video title:
Extreme Self Help: I Tried The Craziest Methods To “Fix Myself”

What the video is about:
- I’m trying unconventional & extreme methods that are supposed to help lower stress & anxiety
- The craziest thing I tried was injecting myself frog poison (which is legal) - this is what the thumbnail teases to make people click
- This frog poison is from a frog in the Amazon (the frog is called “Giant Monkey Frog” and the poison is called “Kambo”) and it makes you feel horrible for 30 minutes (you’re puking, sometimes shitting yourself or fainting)

Material needed:
- In this dropbox, you’ll find still images from the video itself AND a video of me doing different facial expressions and pretending to hold a frog in my hand:

- Find images of the frog on Google (the frog has many names but one is “Giant Monkey Frog”)

Style of thumbnail:

Minimalistic, clear, visually appealing, simple & for a mature audience.

Ideas for thumbnails:

1. Holding a frog in my hand on the left and me after taking the poison on the right
(As a reference see image 1 in attachment)
- What I don’t like about this image 1 example is that it seems too cluttered with too many things, it doesn’t pop out visually, the grass in the background might be too distracting and in general, it doesn’t fit the style of thumbnails that we’re going for (like the channels SmarterEveryDay, Veritasium, MrBeast & Yes Theory)

- Take a still image of me from the video (find in dropbox), edit in a frog into my hand
- Then also show an image of me suffering (in this case it’s still image #9, #16 might be good too)
- Add a minimalistic text saying “Amazon Frog Poison”
- Maybe add an arrow pointing from frog to my face on the right, maybe not. Whatever you think is best (it might be too much)

2. Getting the frog poison injected
(As a reference see image 2 in attachment)
- In this one the colors look too intense I think and also the style isn’t similar to what we’re going for (like the channels SmarterEveryDay, Veritasium, MrBeast & Yes Theory)

General instructions:
- Make thumbnail’s colors pop like the thumbnails of Yes Theory: https://www.youtube.com/c/YesTheory/videos
- Make sure it’s minimalistic & very clear to understand - don’t add unnecessary stuff to it that clutters the image
- Needs to be readable in a small size
- It needs to fit the style we’re going for (like the channels SmarterEveryDay, Veritasium, MrBeast & Yes Theory)
- The target audience is in their twenties+ so it shouldn’t look like a video for teenagers
