I have over ten years of professional experience in Taxation as a Revenue Officer at the Inland Revenue Division. I have consistently proven my ability to meet deadlines through efficient time management. I have demonstrated my ability to communicate effectively even when working as a team. I have a keen eye for detail and spotting errors. My undergraduate studies prepared me well for my profession. Before, I worked at the Justin Fadipe Centre as the Secretary/Receptionist. Being at the forefront, I learned the importance of customer service, empathy, and friendliness. In April 2023, I completed a workshop on Citizen Centric Customer Service which assisted in sharpening my customer service skills. I am confident, adaptable, highly motivated, capable, dependable, ambitious, resourceful, and eager to take on a new challenge that offers me greater responsibilities and allows me to challenge myself more.
