Futuristic 3D Exhibition Stand Design

I am in need of a professional with experience in 3D design and rendering to create a modern and creative exhibition stand. The design should be futuristic in theme and should be able to properly represent my brand. It is important for the freelancer to take note of the following:
- Dimensions: The size of the stand is 12m width x 4m depth x 4m height.
- Features: The stand has to incorporate interactive displays, a seating area and branding elements.
- Visuals: The design must include the use of my company logo, a specific color scheme and themed graphics that will be shared.
The ideal candidate should have strong skills in 3D modeling, design, and also understanding of exhibition stand functionality. A cutting edge proficiency in design software and a keen eye for detail would be greatly appreciated.
The budget for this project is $400 inclusive of all related costs split into 3 phases: first render delivery, revision and source (OBJ and materials files). The brief will be shared with selected candidates only. Excited to see your creativity and expertise showcased in this project, and hoping to establish a long-term professional relationship.
