Membership Web Site Needed

I am in need of a membership website to be completed for our Entertainment business. We are a retailer/wholesaler of DVD that has just introduced a new program.

Our needs include:

1. A very professional / business looking homepage (main page).

2. Graphical Links for our FAQ, Pricing, etc. (Text will be provided to the coder once design is finished so he/she can implement it into the page).

3. A sign up, payment, creating a login and password for their membership flow system is needed. We want to implement a payment system to have the monthly charge for service automatically billed each month and we also want it to be a system where they can cancel at anytime. No contractual agreements.

4. A download area. Once members are signed in, they will be introduced into a download section where they can choose any of 3 files to download.

5. An order form in the members section in which members can enter product and submit their order (Payment will be needed and completed before the order has successfully been completed).

We want the flow of the website to be somewhat like this:

1. Viewer looks at our offer and different sections of information.

2. If they decide to join, they click on a Join graphical button

3. They will be able to choose which package they would like.

4. Person submits info, pays, chooses method of recurring monthl charge (PayPal, credit card), chooses a login and password, and they are complete.

5. New member logs in to where there is a download file section and a Order submit form to order product.

We have no set idea for graphical work or ideas. We want a freelancer with a good imagination to design this the way the see fit. The only set work we have for the coder is the text to be placed on the site.

## Deliverables

Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details. Should a dispute arise and this project go into arbitration "as is", the contract's vagueness might cause it to be interpreted against you, even though you were acting in good-faith. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
