Hello - I’m applying for a grant but need to attach the following: “ one year’s full independently certified or audited financial statement but does not need to be VAT registered if total turnover is below the registration threshold.”

I run a very small events company - we have about £1700 in the bank and the only activity in the past 12 months is putting on one event, selling tickets (income) and paying for speakers and catering. About 10 transactions in the last 12 months.

What would it cost to turn this around ASAP?
