I'm in need of an experienced Android developer to create a auto sms app. This application should be designed to enable easy automatic sending of text messages and scheduling of texts for future send-outs.
Here's a breakdown of the exact features I'm seeking:
- Auto-send Functionality: The ability to configure the app to automatically dispatch pre-set SMS messages to select contacts.
- CSV Import: The app needs to facilitate the manual addition of phone numbers or even allow for the import of contact numbers via a CSV file.
-The app needs to save the contact numbers in the application itself, not in the contacts that are normally stored on the phone. Contacts should be able to manually be updated to add a name and also a comment once they are added by clicking update. However, the initial csv file will only contain phone numbers and the contacts will be created initially from the files' upload.
-The app then needs to send the message that was input by the user to all of the contacts in the contact list via the users' own cell phone number.
- Customisable Messages: The app is for sending mass texts. You input the message that you desire to be sent and it sends to every recipient in the contact list.
As a potential freelancer for this task, a proven track record in Android development is needed, as well as proficiency in CSV import processes and text messaging APIs. Knowledge of integration with android contact list will be beneficial too. Your approach should be user-friendly, ensuring the app is easy to navigate and use, even for those with limited technological prowess.
Using google bard or chatgpt to generate most of the code can be easily done. In fact i have already done it myself and can provide a link to the responses that were generated which include some examples of the code that would be needed to create this application.
This should be an easy task that is not too time consuming to complete.
I do not plan on releasing this application to the public, it will be used by me personally.
The entire budget for this project is $250 for its completion. If you are going to bid $250 and then expect more than that after you have already started the project, then please do not bid on it. Thank you.
