On demand services add-on to existing MySQL php apps (android and IOS) and creation of admin panel.

We have an existing Android and IOS app to which we want to add on demand services platform to.
The add-on must use the existing database for user’s as well as add the extra for the on demand services.
We are looking for something simple however we need to be able to create our own categories and sub categories from the admin panel.
We will have to use 1 app for the providers and also the clients.
Services must be booked, rated and the user must pay us and we will pay the service provider.
We have in our app a top tab layout with 4 tabs, and this add-on must work from the fourth tab, so possibilities off add extra bottom layout tab once on the fourth tab would be great.
Requirements
- Existing Firebase authentication to be used;
- Database Development
- Android App and iOS App
- Web based Admin Panel.
Development must be done in 2 milestones
1. Android and Web Based Admin Panel
2. IOS.
