Microsoft exchange and outlook programming in Android device

Important - Please properly read before bid ... We use Microsoft exchange (o365) in our office. when some one wants to schedule a meeting they do it through msoutlook. we have 5 board rooms also in the office. these board rooms are configured as room box in exchange. when a user wants to schedule a meeting they can check the availability of these 5 rooms and book the free one and it will get approved. All works perfectly. The problem is they schedule the meeting , book the board room and and have the meeting, but most of them wont leave the the board room after the meeting as meetings are always dragging. the users who have booked the board room for the next time slot wait outside and time to time they peep just to notify your time is over and leave the board room. so we thought to fix a display (may be an android device) inside the board room it would display the meeting organizer's name , meeting title and the from and to times. when the meeting is over the display (Tab) play an alarm for few seconds stating the meeting is over and leave the boardroom as the next team is waiting to start the meeting. This whole process should be automated , no manual intervention should be there. The app should talk to exchange and get the room box calender details and automatically perform the alarm action. During the meeting the organizer should be able to send a message to the Kitchen to deliver tea for the participants. it should send a notification to the kitchen and the kitchen should be able to acknowledge.
