I need a software, that could compare (prematch and live) Betfair exchange (without API) odds with 10 bookies from Serbia, which do not have API. I want to be alerted when there is certain difference between them(%). Sports that I want to follow are soccer, tennis, basketball, hockey and american football. Important thing to mention is that I would need ~15 seconds response in pre-match and a few seconds for live matches. So, in summary, I want to detect every odd change on betfair and compare it to bookies odds within couple of seconds. All the sollution should be implemented on some cloud sollution and connected to Android/iOS applications (so I can get notifications at any time).
