Windows Server SBS 2003 Migration to Server 2012 Essentials

Need a freelancer very experienced in server administration. we have a customer we tried to migrate their old server info to a new server 2012 essentials. W e get an error in the migration preparation tool of this. this would be remote [login to view URL] paid immediate if issue is resolved and able to migrate without any issues.
