***You must be a Native English speaker, because this job requires a deep understanding of the English language (when to have a pause, how to pace the sentences, etc.)***

You need to do the following:
1) Insert "silence" and cut silence appropriately to make for good narrative pacing. Do not cut in the middle of breaths. This should be obvious, but more silence should be added before and after headings/numbered lists, and the rest should sound conversational.
2) Slight editing: remove obvious mouth clicks in the middle of words and fix issues like cut off breaths (rare) along with other mouth noises (other than breaths). Please DO NOT use automated tools for this. Only remove mouth noises by zooming into the waveform and cutting out small pieces, or you can silence mouth noises between words (but leave breaths if they sound natural).
3) Send file back as Mono WAV at 44.1 - if you can't attach it, please give me a link to download the file
Please DO NOT:
- EQ
- Compress
- Any automated effects or automated truncation, or leveling
- Mastering
- Change volume, change the overall sound, change to Stereo, etc.
The biggest piece of this is getting the pacing right. If you have the skills, this could easily end up being a long-term job with 4+ episodes to edit every day.
