Background:
Your client, Mr. Ting, owns a site (see Figure 1). He has appointed you as the building designer to design a three-storey “small house” for his family (i.e. i.e. Mr. and Mrs. Ting, their 3 sons and the parents of Mr. Ting). He wants all his family members will have their own bedrooms. He intends to apply for the “Certificate of Exemption” in respect of the building works (including site formation and drainage) under the Buildings Ordinance (Application to the New Territories) Ordinance [Chapter 121 of the Hong Kong Laws].
Task:
Draw appropriate drawings to show your design proposal. A SITE LAYOUT PLAN, FLOOR PLANS for each floor, one SECTION and one ELEVATION of the proposed building, and other necessary details in appropriate scale shall be provided.
