DRAFTING FOR A PLANNING APPLICATION

I am looking for an experienced planner or drafter to help create a diagram to show the layout of buildings on a country farm for a planning application to enable me to host weddings. This diagram must be detailed enough to meet the needs of the local authorities and be approved by them. I can supply an overhead photo of the area and the Title which shows a map of the property. The diagram must include the below:
The site plan must be A4 or A3 in size and must show;
Orientation of land (direction of north).
A scale.
Location of proposed and existing buildings on land and show setbacks (ie: metre distance from title boundaries).
Topographic features on land, ie: dams, watercourses, native vegetation.
Current or Proposed driveway entry.
Pointers to where a carpark can be located and where a wedding marquee would be erected.
