Electrical Design Plans for a Hotel

I need someone to design and draw the electrical plans for the hotel in the attached document. Delivery is one week, job includes all the below:
- CCTV system for the exterior area as well as the entrance
- Fire Alarm system
- Telephone and data (as internet router) no need for a central telephone
- SMATV, provision for separate dish for each apartment, similar to Cable Vision in Lebanon.
- Main Panel boards with ATS of course.
- Generator calculation
- We only have one main ECG (Electricity Company of Ghana) meter for the whole building
- Lighting Design
- Power Design.
- Cable trays
- Approximate quantity of PVC conduits that will be used with accessories (They like it separate around here)
- BOQ and Specs of the material.
The design already made was for the permit, and should not be considered for anything.
