Build a website scraper!

The scraping script should be written in Python, using BeautifulSoup. I'm trying to get catalog which Parliament, Session, and Date it occurred (top of the page). Then it would catalog under each category what happened individually.
So for example it would have a category of "Oral Questions" that the topic is "Teachers’ labour dispute" and "Ms. Andrea Horwath" said "her paragraphs here". This is just an example though. The entire page must be scraped, not just Oral Questions.
The data needs to be presented in a format that allows for mass-data analysis, such as XML, JSON, etc.

The same script must work on all the pages, you can look at *some* examples:

NOTE: please actually look at the code of the pages. I have already hired someone to do this for me and they were unable to complete due to complexity. Make sure your skill level is up to the level needed to code this script for this website.
Within the pages linked above you will see tabs for "Votes and Proceedings" and "Orders and Notices" These must be scraped too. The script may be different for those pages, but it still must use Python. Understand that these linked pages are example pages of what are HUNDREDS of pages. If you want to test if the script works, you can find all the pages at [login to view URL] If the script cannot work on all those pages then the project won't be marked complete.
Other notes:
- The French should not be scraped.
