Building New Solana Assets

We want to develop api (to issue & trust new the assets in Solana) and the user can transfer asset amount to other user account in Solana test net.
Currently our code is in Stellar we have to change the existing logic in Solana Network.
Basically we have to issue the asset in Solana with some amount and then we can send that assets to other users
it will be normal asset with some name such as NXT and then we can issue that asset in solana
Basically lets say if I come to platform and I want to make an asset in Solana and then that asset will come in test net and then anyone can buy or sell that asset
