Looking for translator located in Sofia, ENG <-> BG (regular basis)

I need small texts translated on a regular basis from English to Bulgarian and the other way around. Some knowledge from bookkeeping is an asset. You need to be able to provide an invoice (or otherwise work with a civil contract in our BG based company)

If you can make phonecalls from time to time to suppliers based on very specific guidelines (ENG) this would be an asset. Calls are about requiring info on prices, materials, shipments, etc.
