The issue we need to solve with code is how to make our integration between WooCommerce (our web sales platform) and Daylight (our database) non manual or less manual.
We are an Arts Charity and Arts School, based in South London called The Art Academy: [login to view URL]
We sell Art Courses through our website. We need to track sales, but also to log the buyer information as they effectively become our pupils for the courses they have booked.
Currently the manual System that our admin team go through is detailed below:
1. x2 emails received into inbox - 1 booking information (Woo Commerce) and 1 payment information (World Pay);
2. we copy the ref from booking email and paste it into Mail Search. This search should find the second relevant email from Worldpay, confirming that the booking is completed
3. copy all the contact information and paste into Daylight - for that we have to check first if contact is already in Daylight. If yes, we need to check that information is still correct. If not in Daylight we need to insert in separately - Name, Surname, Category, Mobile number, Email address, Street, City, Postcode.
4. Input the correct booked code into Daylight-Contact details and confirm if the booking includes any packs - if yes - which packs are required
5. We respond to the student with an email confirming that they are booked onto the course, how much they paid (this information is retrieved from the Worldpay email ), and include a link to the Component sheet for the particular course. The 2 received emails are then filled in 'Bookings confirmed' file.
We have the ability to download a CSV file daily from WooCommerce, but would need some code to be able to plug this into Daylight.
As a charity and a not-for profit we have small budget. But would welcome quotes for being able to solve this issue for us.
