I have a new document i was hoping you could review and add to to ensure it is legally binding.
We make digital products like websites.
We have a pay monthly website option where the client pays a monthly fixed payment over a specified period of time.
We build the website and they pay in installments.
We use Panda Docs to send to clients for the to approve, sign and put their credit card details
Currently it has the following info - THIS IS WHAT WE NEED REVIEWED AND IMPROVED
Duration: 24 monthly payments of $150 + GST
Payment: 1st-month payment paid in advance. 2nd month payment due 30 days after 1st payment.
Cancellation of contract requires 30 days notice and will result in remaining balance paid out prior to the website being released.
