Professional update of Functional Requirements WORD document

We have a Functional Requirements document that is being used to develope a website. The organization of it needs to be improves and TOC added. Besides that we need a way to be able to indicate paragraph by paragraph if the requirements are completed or not completed - just one status will be sufficient e.g. not completed. Being able to add a note that you can hide or display along with the status is also required.

The document needs to be proof read as well as some sections re-written so that the explanation is better understood. In some sections we have just cut and pasted requirements described in emails just to get it into one document and would like that section to be done more professionally.

Some categories are found in more than one part of the document. It needs to be pulled together and also follow a better logical order. Currently there are about 114 pages. We need to have a better way to indicate specific requirements that are not completed, not just highlighting text.

Need to be available to do this now and to complete it within 3 days. Full amount will not be placed as a milestone. We need to see some of your work first. Document will be provided to a short list of condidates. Do not just respond you can do it.
