Create a business contract for me

I have acted as an intermediary and I brought two companies into contact. I have introduced company A to company B. Those two companies will start working together and I want to get my commission from the cooperation of the two companies.

I have made an oral agreement with company A that I will get specific commission(the commission I will get has been send via email to me by company A) from them in the case I will introduce them to company B and work together.

Now, company A and company B came into an agreement to start working together so I want a contract agreement to sent to company A in order to start getting my commission from them.

I will be more specific after personal chat with job candidates.
