Convert a Template to a Website

I have a 5 page website design that I need converted into a working website. It's fairly basic in that it is only really a brochure style site (i.e. no e-commerce requirement or complex things required). It is mainly images and text. I just want some of the cooler features (how it scrolls to each page, how the images move to reveal text, how the menu options appear etc.).
Hard to explain by typing without actually showing the designs.
