Joomla 3 template - css change

We have a joomla 3 template that should be fixed. The current developer done many issues with the template and now we have many issue. We need to fix the css to be good template.
1. each page that we open is empty - i guess css issue (click on article it opens empty page)
2. The modul style should be fixed on three moduls
