Data extraction from 12 voucher code websites

I have a project where I would need to scrape voucher codes and related information from voucher code sites and input them into Excel.
Out of the codes I would need:
- name of the shop
- url of the shop
- title of the code
- description
- code
- date of addition (if possible)
- date of expiration (if possible)
- success rate (if possible)
I am open to suggestions about extra data.
I have a list of 12 websites that would need to be scraped. I can provide information on where the data can be found on each site if needed. Some of the sites use click-to-reveal systems.
Preferable delivery format is Excel 2007 file. Some of the data might contain Scandinavian characters. Please observe the character set.
I would like the work to be completed by Monday 18th of January 12 AM GMT.
Please observe that each of the 12 sites will have around 100 to 1000 online shops listed. Each of these online shops will have on average 10 to 100 voucher codes listed.
You would have to first find all of the URLs of the online shops on all of the sites and then scrape the actual codes from these URLs. My guess is that quite many of these sites have a sitemap that lists all of the URLs. Some of them might have to be crawled.
In total, I expect there to be 100 000 entries that have to be taken from about 5000 individual URLs. However, this is only an estimate.
