Data Formatting - Text in new InDesign template needs to be migrated from old template

I have a new design for a coupon that needs the data to be migrated from my existing InDesign files.

I need the transfer to be done on about 12 files (about 700 transfers total). Same exact transfer for each of the 12, nothing different to be done. This is a labor intensive job, NOT one that requires art or design skill. This project will take time, but not a high level of skill.
