Need a Thorough Instagram Market Researcher for possible ON-GOING project -- 2

I am looking for an experienced market researcher to build me a database of Instagram Influencers. You need to be Experienced with Instagram and know how to gather emails or search for products they sell, even if you have to do some further research.
The Database that I am looking is very specific.
I am looking for 300 Influencers that match this profile:
- english profile and English caption on pictures (also, the majority of contacts in English)
- no spam accounts
- accounts that have between 5k and 15k followers
- they have to have at least 200 likes and 20 comments in their last 10 pictures
- they have to be in the Travel Niche
- It has to be a "personal" account. they have to have pictures of themselves. I am NOT looking for curated/theme or reposted content.
- they CANNOT be selling any course since I am looking for unbiased people
- They CANNOT be promoting any MLM, Cryptocurrencies or Apps for Instagram growth
- No Repititions
I can provide some help on where to find these profiles.
The researcher will need to complete an excel document (as attached) with all the requested info.
This first job is mostly a test to determine how thorough you can be. I will need a much larger database in the near future.
