Add football results of three seasons to my database

I'm looking for someone to do a simple but yet annoying job for me.
I have a database with these two tables:
teams
matches
Its a football/database with the results of a specific competition. However I have only filled in the results of 2009/20010 and 2010/2011 myself and I still need the results from the following seasons:
2006/2007, 2007/2008 and 2008/2009
The results can be found on different sites which I can give you.
The work can be done through a simple plugin I made myself in Wordpress OR you can get the database table and do it from an API / feed or anything if you know one.
In total there are 852 matches that need to be entered. You need to fill in the date, home and away team and home and away score.
The teams have been added already in the teams table so you can just select it from a dropdown box.
I need someone accurate to do this job.
