Drupal Commons Nested Groups

I need someone to add the following groups and sub-groups to my site, and then write instructions on how to do it:

i.e.

Top Group: Nurseries/Kindergardens

- Sub Groups: Poppies Day Care, Toad Hall Childcare, Little Stinkers Nursery

- - Sub Group per team: Parents Forum, Staff Only, Questions, Public

All of the sub-groups need to have their own permissions. The 1st level sub group should be able to be searched for on tags (the tags will have nursery name, location etc.)

I will give you access to my site to add an example and then you can send me the instructions via emails

The top tier sub groups will be created as requested, the bottom level sub groups will be the same for every top tier sub group
