Arrival date for Fedex Ground needs to be fixed. It always says: December 31.

Also, ship date needs to be fixed: it needs to take into account holidays, weekends and time of day when order is placed.

Attached file is the script that calculates ship date and arrival date, for reference. Arrival date is supposed to be read from the xml reply from Fedex server.
