I'm seeking an adept freelancer to design a Proteus simulation for a room visitor counter.
Project Details:
- The counter must increase when someone enters the room and decrease when someone exits.
- The simulation should utilize an IR sensor as the core component.
- The visitor count should be displayed on a seven-segment display.
- The system should be capable to count up to a maximum of 100 visitors.
