Build Excel budget model by GL codes

I need someone to build a tool/model that will forecast staff cost by cost centres.

The forecast will need to be broken down by 5 business areas.

Staff costs will be broken down by salary, tax, superannuation & any other allowances.

Data will come from SAP.

The work will be done in Microsoft Excel
