VBA project for Excel for the creation of a sheet showing the occupation of the classrooms of my small professional training school

My need is to get a VBA script for Excel that I can run to read from a Workbook, the data from a sheet called "Calendar" and represent them in a new sheet to be generated calling it "Gantt".

Brief description of the scope of application:

I have a professional training school with 7 classrooms and I carry out a variety of courses both in the classroom and remotely in e-learning mode. Each course has a variable duration, which can even last several months and almost always has a fragmented cadence. In other words, the days of attendance are almost never consecutive from Monday to Saturday. The daily duration of each "course" event can also be variable. With the aim of optimizing the filling of my classrooms, I need to represent the course commitments already scheduled on a "Gantt" sheet, thus displaying how many courses I can still insert in my classrooms.

Currently the representation of the information contained in the "Calendar" sheet is done by hand with a considerable expenditure of energy.

I need this done in 7 or at most 10 days.
